About us

Katifia Lux Company was founded in 2001. Initially, it was a small family production, where all products were baked by the mother’s hands. As a care gesture for the loved ones, children and relatives, a part was generously given away in order to pamper the loved ones with the real taste of lavash.

Gradually, small eateries began to show interest in this product, and smaller volumes of lavash were required; later, the interest in the product spread among larger businesses, such as restaurants of national cuisine, various kinds of fast food franchises, and others.

Over time, attracting more and more employees, and then creating its own production line, Katifia Lux managed to expand and automate its production and set up logistics in such a way as to provide each point of sale with its always high-quality and fresh product on time. Classic traditional lavash, lavash for making traditional pies, mexican corn tortilla, bran lavash, lavash with spinach – all these are just a small part of the products we offer. Yes, we honor our history, but we never forget how we became who we are today. We work tirelessly to constantly adopt new and advanced technologies in order to improve the quality of our products. Our rule, as it was, and remains to this day is – “make your products, as if you were making it for yourself and for the members of your family.”
